Who we are
Axcelo (Axcelo Marketing) is an email and SMS marketing agency for ecommerce brands, run by Arturs Bojars. We decide how the details you send us are used. You can reach us at arturs@axcelo.co.
What we collect
When you request a free audit, we collect what you type into the form: your name, work email, brand website, annual store revenue, whether you run acquisition, and any notes. We also keep the page you came from and the campaign tags in the link you clicked (for example, which ad), so we know which ads work.
Cookies
We use one tracking tool, the Meta Pixel, and only if you tap Accept on the cookie bar. It sets Meta cookies so we can see which of our Facebook and Instagram ads bring people to this page and whether they send the audit form. It doesn’t send Meta your name or email. If you tap Reject, nothing is tracked and the site works the same. You can change your choice any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page.
What we use it for
- To prepare and send your audit, and to email you about it.
- To follow up about working together, if you book a call or reply.
We use it because you asked us for the audit. We don’t sell it, and we don’t add you to a newsletter unless you ask.
Who handles it for us
- Netlify hosts this website, receives your request and sends it to our inbox.
- Google Workspace holds our email, including your request and our emails about your audit.
- Calendly handles bookings, if you book a call.
- Google Fonts serves the fonts on this site, so your browser asks Google for them.
- Meta Platforms receives the Pixel’s data (the page visit and whether you sent the form), only if you accepted cookies.
Some of these companies may process data outside the UK and EU. They do so under their own data protection terms.
How long we keep it
If we don’t end up working together, we delete your details within 12 months of your request. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email arturs@axcelo.co and we’ll reply within a month. If you’re in the UK and unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
