1. Overview

Axcelo is an email marketing agency, with a promise to deliver $60-220k (depending on the brand size) through email marketing.

2. Services

We deliver an all-in-one Email and SMS marketing service. This includes a full setup of your automation flows, campaigns, Pop-ups, segments, and SMS (if needed).

3. Partner Responsibilities

As a partner of Axcelo, you agree to:
Provide resources and information required for us to create the emails.
Share any information about the audience and their behaviours if we request it. After setup you are responsible for paying the email marketing software.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, graphics, logos, and software used on the emails are owned by you and not be used or shared with any other clients content.

5. Payments

Fees for our services are agreed at the end of our discovery call. First payment is collected upfront, 100% of it is returned if our promise isn't fulfilled in the first 3 months of working together. Payments are always due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 5%.

6. Confidentiality

We take your privacy and confidentiality seriously. Any business or personal information shared with Axcelo will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement by providing written notice. If you terminate the agreement, you will be responsible for any costs incurred up to the date of termination. Axcelo reserves the right to terminate our partnership if treated with disrespect.

8. Limitation of Liability

Axcelo is not liable for any indirect, financial, incidental, or consequential damages made when working together.

9. Governing Law

The Contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales, to which both Parties submit.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
